Brisbane Skytower

The state-of-the-art 90 storey Brisbane Skytower is Brisbane’s newest landmark apartment building. Brisbane Skytower sets a new benchmark for the design of tall buildings in Brisbane’s central business district. The entirely new above street level apartment building has been designed by highly awarded architects Noel Robinson Architects. The design was cognisant of the completed stage one below ground-level car park and base build structure that informed the location for the new above ground tower and service core for the new tower design. The previous design for the tower included a combined hotel and apartment building on this site, which for various reasons was completely reworked and conceived into one single residential apartment tower by Noel Robinson Architects.

The 274.3 m height of Brisbane Skytower was governed by Pan OPS and OLS requirements set by the operations of the Brisbane Airport Corporation. Brisbane Skytower contains 1141 residential apartments and penthouses with unparalleled panoramic views, and boasts the Southern Hemisphere’s tallest roof top infinity edge swimming pool. The building includes outstanding recreational facilities, a professional gym and health spa. There is also an office component on level one, a kindergarten on the podium, as well as premium ground floor retail tenancies that connect to a new cross-site link to Mary Street called Mary Lane.
