The project is designed with a central core and column-free space, making the interior layout flexible. The building addresses the surrounding streetscape and is built up to the road alignment. The entrance is identified by a splash of red on its entrance canopy facing High Street.
The western facade incorporates a floating roof alignment, sun shading is also carefully integrated as part of the external architectural language.
